Enjoy your options

Don't just hoard

I read this concept of “optionality” somewhere. It means having options.

For example, if you have money you have an option to do things with it (but you can’t do that if you do not have the money).

If you have a skill set or a hobby you have the option to use that skill to get a job, build a business, or get recognised for it.

If you have loved ones in your life, you have the option to express your warmth and support to them.

Many people spend their lives just hoarding such optionality - they will hoard money but not do anything with it.

They will hoard degrees and certifications but not apply them to make money. They will build endless surface level relationships but never nurture any of them.

There is no point in building options if all you do is never use them for your own gains.

Here are some resources that will help you learn skills & build optionality in your own life:

  2. MGMT Playbook - Learn management skills from top professionals.

  3. The Colab - Learn soft skills useful for cracking job & exam interviews

The last two resources are free - just visit the links, enter your email and hit subscribe.

That was it for today, see you tomorrow 9 AM!
